Pet Policy

We understand that many of our guests want to bring their four-legged friends with them when traveling, so we are happy to welcome your pets. However, the hotel has a wide variety of guests and as we want to ensure everyone's comfort and safety, please follow our pet policy:

  • We accept dogs of all breeds.

  • A maximum of two pets are allowed per room.

  • Pets are not allowed in the hotel's restaurant, wellness center and fitness center.

  • In the public areas of the hotel, pets must be kept on a leash or in a transport box.

  • Pets must not be left unattended in the rooms!

  • Pets must be house-trained.

  • The hotel reserves the right to charge cleaning fees or compensation if the animal defecates in the room.

  • The cleaning staff will not enter a room if a pet is unattended. If you are in the room during cleaning, please secure your pet on a leash or in another enclosure (crate, carrier). To avoid potential problems, please notify reception in advance if you would like your room to be cleaned.

  • The pet owner is responsible for any damage caused by their pet (both material and physical). ARTANA Ltd. reserves the right to claim damages and may require the pet owner to repair or replace damaged items.

  • Please take into account the presence of other guests and therefore limit the noise your pet may cause. Failure to control noise may result in you being asked to leave the hotel early.

  • The additional charge for each pet is € 30 per day of stay (exception: guide dogs, which stay free of charge).

  • We reserve the right to charge a fee of 100 € for an unregistered pet.
