Waterfall Showers
The Thermal Journey begins as soon as you step out of the changing rooms. Immerse yourself in a cool or warm shower to cleanse your skin of any dirt, lotions, or products, preparing it to absorb all the benefits of the journey. These showers also help your body adjust to temperature variations, awakening your senses and invigorating you for the full thermal experience.
Infrared Sauna
Using infrared heaters to warm the body directly at a lower temperature (45°C to 60°C), this sauna promotes relaxation and detoxification without steam. The gentle heat penetrates deeply into the skin and muscles, enhancing circulation, relieving tension, and supporting overall wellness. The infrared technology creates a tranquil environment, making it ideal for those who prefer a milder sauna experience.
Finnish Sauna
A dry sauna featuring high temperatures (70°C to 100°C) and low humidity, offering an intense and invigorating heat experience. The radiant warmth from heated stones enhances the environment, promoting deep relaxation, improved circulation, and muscle tension relief.
Herbal Steam
Infused with a carefully selected blend of essential oils and herbs, this soothing steam envelops you in a calming aromatic experience. It promotes deep relaxation, supports respiratory health, and eases tension in both the body and mind.
Turkish Steam
A steam sauna operating at a lower temperature (40°C to 50°C) with high humidity, offering a soothing and cleansing experience that helps purify the skin and relax the body.
Swimming Pool
Heated to 28-30°C, our swimming pool is the perfect space to glide weightlessly for a few lengths or relieve deep-set shoulder and neck tension under the swan neck jets. The jacuzzi benches on the far side provide a perfect spot to relax as the jets massage and de-stress your body.

Time to snooze! Our plush poolside loungers and city-view seating offer the perfect way to slip into a moment of relaxation and slumber.
