By confirming your reservation you accept the general terms and conditions of Artana d.o.o.

1. Check-in and check-out times: Check-in from 15:00. Check-out until 11:00 am.

2. Reservation conditions: Reservations for overnight stays at Hotel Habakuk are made via online channels or directly via the website, email or telephone. When submitting a reservation, the guest undertakes to provide us with a valid e-mail address or other contact information for notification and verification of the reservation details.

3. Terms and conditions of payment and cancellation:

• Cancellation free of charge: Possible up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations must be made in writing.

• 20 % of the reservation amount for cancellations made 30-20 days before arrival.

• 30% of the reservation amount for cancellations made 19-15 days prior to arrival.

• 50 % of the reservation amount for cancellations made 14-08 days prior to arrival.

• 80 % of the reservation amount for cancellations made 07-01 days prior to arrival.

• 100 % of the reservation amount on arrival.

• Non-refundable: Full prepayment is required at the time of booking. In case of incorrect credit card information, Artana d.o.o reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

• Reservation with prepayment: Prepayment is required to confirm the reservation. Artana d.o.o. will retain the amount paid if the reservation is canceled after the cancellation deadline.

• Early departure: In the event of early departure without notification, Artana d.o.o. will charge 50% of the value of the unused nights.

• No show: In the event of a no-show, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the reservation price. Payable immediately.

4. Right to refuse and change: Artana d.o.o. reserves the right to refuse, cancel or change a reservation. In case of overbooking, Artana d.o.o. will cover all additional costs of rerouting.

5. Tourist tax and registration fee: The accommodation costs are increased by the amount of the tourist tax, which is determined by the ordinance of the local municipality.

6. Prices: Prices include VAT and are valid for the selected number of persons and dates. Special offers apply if the stay is not shortened. Discounts cannot be combined.

7. Additional offers: Additional services are possible subject to availability and prior request.

8. Rules for staying in the hotel: To ensure peace and quiet in the hotel, a quiet obligation applies. Smoking indoors is prohibited and an additional fee will be charged in the event of non-compliance.

9. Parking: We charge €15 per night for parking in the underground garage.

10. Loss of and damage to property: The hotel is not liable for lost or damaged property of guests.

11. Pets: Pets are allowed with prior notice. The cost for a stay with a pet is € 30.00 per day and dog.

12. Complaints: In the event of problems, the guest must inform reception immediately.

13. Access to the room: Staff have the right to enter the room for legitimate reasons.

14. Vouchers: Valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

15. Intellectual property: The use of the name, the company name 1912 Hotels SI d.o.o. and its logo is only permitted with the consent of the owner.
