Terms and Conditions

By confirming your reservation, you accept the general terms and conditions of Artana d.o.o.

1. Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in is from 3 PM. Check-out is by 11 AM.
2. Reservation Conditions: Reservations for stays at Hotel Habakuk can be made through online channels or directly via the website, email, or phone. Guests are required to provide a valid email address or other contact information for notification and verification of reservation details.
3. Payment and Cancellation Conditions:
   • Free cancellation: Possible up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellation must be in writing.
   • 20% of the reservation amount for cancellations made 30-20 days before arrival.
   • 30% of the reservation amount for cancellations made 19-15 days before arrival.
   • 50% of the reservation amount for cancellations made 14-08 days before arrival.
   • 80% of the reservation amount for cancellations made 07-01 day before arrival.
   • 100% of the reservation amount upon arrival.
   • Non-refundable: Full prepayment is required at the time of booking. In case of incorrect credit card details, Artana d.o.o. reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
   • Deposit reservation: Artana d.o.o. requires a deposit payment to confirm the reservation. If the reservation is cancelled after the cancellation deadline, Artana d.o.o. retains the paid amount.
   • Early departure: In case of early departure without notice, Artana d.o.o. will charge 50% of the value of the unused nights.
4. Right to Refuse and Modify: Artana d.o.o. reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify a reservation. In the case of overbooking, Artana d.o.o. will cover all additional redirection costs.
5. Tourist Tax and Registration Fee: Accommodation costs are increased by the amount of the tourist tax, which is set by the local municipality ordinance.
6. Prices: Prices include VAT and are valid for the selected number of people and date. Special offers apply if the stay is not shortened. Discounts cannot be combined.
7. Additional Offerings: Additional services are available depending on availability and require prior inquiry.
8. Hotel Stay Rules: To ensure peace in the hotel, a commitment to tranquillity is enforced. Smoking in enclosed spaces is prohibited, and a violation incurs an additional charge.
9. Parking: Free for hotel and restaurant guests.
10. Loss and Damage of Property: The hotel is not responsible for lost or damaged guest property.
11. Pets: Allowed with prior notice. The cost for staying with a pet is €30.00 per day for each dog.
12. Complaints: In case of any issues, guests must immediately inform the reception.
13. Room Access: Staff have the right to enter the room for legitimate reasons.
14. Gift Vouchers: Valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
15. Intellectual Property: The use of the name, company name Artana d.o.o., and its logo is strictly with the owner’s consent.
